Elaine Purves, Head of School, and Anna Wrigley, Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications embarked on a trip to Hong Kong over the half term break to engage with current and prospective QAS families and education agents.

During the visit, they exhibited at the Academic Asia and Girls’ School Association expos where many families were able to discover a glimpse of life and learning at Queen Anne’s and begin their academic journey with us. This personal interaction provided an excellent platform for sharing the latest developments at Queen Anne's and answering queries from parents interested in the school's educational offerings. The Queen Anne's School stand at both exhibitions garnered significant attention, with Mrs Wrigley leading discussions on the school's admission process and commitment to holistic development.

Mrs Wrigley and Ms Purves also took the opportunity to reconnect with alumnae living in Hong Kong. These dedicated alumnae continue to show their strong spirits in various fields, and their achievements serve as an inspiration for current and prospective students. The warm reception from the Queen Anne's School alumnae community in Hong Kong highlighted the enduring connections formed during their time at the school.

Additionally, they met with two prominent education agents, Britannia and Coopers and Coopers, in Hong Kong. These meetings aimed to strengthen the existing partnerships and explore new opportunities for collaboration. The discussions were productive, reinforcing the school's commitment to providing excellent educational opportunities for international students.

Ms Purves expressed her enthusiasm for the visit, stating, "Our time in Hong Kong has been incredibly rewarding. We've had the opportunity to connect with our wonderful Queen Anne's School community members, both past and present. It is a testament to the global reach and impact of our school.”

Mrs Wrigley added, "Participating in the Academic Asia Exhibition and the Girls' School Association Exhibition allowed us to showcase the exceptional education and vibrant community that Queen Anne's School offers. Our interactions with prospective families and education agents were very positive, and we are excited about the potential students we met during our visit."

The visit to Hong Kong served as a valuable platform for Queen Anne's School to strengthen international connections, engage with the Queen Anne's community abroad, and promote the school's dedication to academic excellence and creating future-ready young people.
