4s create recycle cities

Peter Brett Associates spent the afternoon with the 4s on Tuesday 1 October and delivered a hands on activity called Recycle City.

The students were tasked with designing a city and building it form the recycling they had been collecting over the last few weeks.

The aim of the event was to help the students understand more about the role of Engineering in city planning taking into consideration careers such as Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.

The winning team consisted of Melissa Z, Isobel H, Zahra M, Alice R and Ella W who communicated with each other, worked well as a team, and designed the best city. Congratulations!
