Isobel joined Queen Anne’s School in Lower Four, as a day girl in Wisdome House. Now in the Upper Sixth, she is one of our Deputy Head Girls and a valued member of the Queen Anne’s Community, and our resident computer science whiz!

“My favourite subject is definitely computer science, and I love all of the opportunities that I have had to challenge myself in this subject area, such as doing a cyber security EPQ and attending summer residentials camps. My plan is to get a degree in computer science and work in a people-centric IT role, possibly cyber security.

But I also love being involved with other creative subject areas at Queen Anne’s. I often use my passion for technology to lead lighting and sound for drama and dance productions. I take piano lessons and I also take Dance classes in senior PE - it's a fabulously fun work out!

I think the house system at Queen Anne’s is amazing - having girls in years Lower Four to Upper Five all in one house means you have lots of different viewpoints and knowledge levels together. The inter house events are the ultimate competitions, often getting the entire school involved and everyone goes all out to try and get points towards the Rose Bowl trophy!"

To me, being a Queen Anne's student is all about the sense of community and support of everyone - staff and students alike are willing to help with whatever you need. And we're all a bit food obsessed!
