Learning Hip Hop Dance with Boy Blue Entertainment

GCSE A Level

Boy Blue Entertainment were invited to Queen Anne’s School to deliver a hip hop dance workshop for our dance company GCSE and A Level dancers.

Founded in 2001, hip hop dance company Boy Blue has won awards, performed at world renowned theatres, and even contributed to the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.

During the afternoon, our dancers were taught choreography from one of Boy Blue’s shows, Emancipation of Expressionism.

They learnt how the street dance and hip hop genre has evolved over the years. This even lead to the girls developing and designing their own Queen Anne’s B Point!

If you don’t know a B Point is you can ask the the dancers to show you!
