COP27 Youth-Led Climate Summit

Last week our Sustainability Committee travelled to London to take part in Wild Hearts COP27 the World’s Largest Youth-led Climate Summit, connecting over 35,000 young people across 5 continents.

Students joined a global network of empowered young people to learn, collaborate and innovate to create a more sustainable future. Students worked with representatives from Barclays to inspire sustainable ideas for their new Head offices in Glasgow.

Students then took part in a debate centred around the COP27 resolutions for sustainability, representing Ecuador and Canada. We were delighted that our resolution for Renewables was passed!
