Over the weekend the QAS football team travelled to Felsted School in Essex for their second game of the season.
The warm weather and blue skies meant the team couldn't wait to be out on the pitch. Felsted scored a goal in the first five minutes which soon made the girls even more determined, keeping on their toes and making sure that Felsted couldn't get through our strong defensive line. We were calm and collected throughout and ensured that the ball's movement was controlled and on the ground. At half time, we were up 2-1 after two great goals.
The second half saw the girls put on the pressure, ensuring they delivered on every chance they had to score a goal. This certainly paid off as Felsted's defense could not handle the midfield and forwards of QAS. The match ended with a 9-1 win for QAS, a fantastic result and one they should be extremely proud of, after their fantastic goals.
