
Eleven Queen Anne’s students showcased their talent and determination at the GB Schools Biathlon Finals on Sunday 23 March, delivering outstanding performances in both swimming and running. Every competitor achieved personal bests in both disciplines, improving upon their initial entry rankings.
In the Lower 4 category, Poppy secured 21st place followed by Belle in 48th. Their combined efforts led the L4 team to a remarkable 5th place finish in the country.
The 4s team also demonstrated exceptional skill, with Maisie finishing 15th, Maya 33rd, and Millie 43rd in the individual standings. Their strong performances earned them a well-deserved bronze medal, placing 3rd in the country as a team.
The Upper 4 competitors also put in an incredible effort. Chloe finished 21st, Olivia 29th, and Aphina 32nd in the individual rankings. Their combined performances saw them claim silver medals, finishing 2nd in the country as a team. Fellow teammates Izzy and Ruby also delivered fantastic results, placing 33rd and 37th respectively in the individual event.
