On Saturday 20 April an intrepid group of QAS parents took to the playing fields for some Lacrosse. Many parents were new to the game and thanks to the PE department and some Queen Anne's LAX players, they quickly acquired an array of passing, shooting, and defensive skills.
The training session culminated in a friendly match where parents showcased their newly acquired skills, with some help from the seasoned QAS players!
As well as having a great afternoon, the training camp was a fundraiser for the White Sports Pavilion which is now on site being renovated. If you would like to contribute to the final fit-out of the pavilion please contact our Director of Finance, Rebecca Patton at [email protected]
