A round-up of all the latest sports news in the week commencing Monday 4 November.
England National Lacrosse Academy
Emma B (L5) and Hettie W (L5) heard over half term that they have been accepted into the U19 England National Academy following a successful trial. The National Academy is England Lacrosse’s highest level training group and is where the England U19 squads are selected from. As current U15s to be selected for an U19 programme is a major achievement!
Trampolining
Amelia S (L5) has also received some exciting news: she has been asked to trial for the England Squad in Double Mini Trampoline! Congratulations Amelia, and good luck.
UPIM World Triathle and Biathle Championships

Ella raced in the individual U15 World Biathle against girls over a year older than her in her first World Championships and finished a strong 13th, with her team finishing 4th overall.
