MedSoc Alumnae

A fantastic report of the talk by Annie (L6).

" Last Tuesday, Medsoc had the chance to converse and learn from QAS alumna and 2nd year medical student, Molly Skeil. Molly is a student at The Queen's College, Oxford University. She shared her experiences in the various processes, assessments and extra activities outside of academic studies she took part in to apply for medical university which are the basic requirements. This includes, volunteering, work experience, BMAT (BioMedical Admissions Test, UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test), research projects and interviews. Molly also took us through the specific requirements for getting into Oxford and her preparation techniques. She made a key point of choosing the university you want, so you can meet the specific requirements for that university. It was a very detailed and engaging presentation that ended with a Q and A where we got to ask any inquiries we had."
