It's that time of year again! Our QAS girls were back in the dance studio for the annual auditions for the Twilight Dance Company.
It has been just over a year since the girls were able to dance in the same studio as other year groups due to the bubble system and restrictions, but the atmosphere at auditions was like they'd never been apart. It is always so lovely to see the interaction between the year groups as they come together to support each other as they all patiently wait to audition.
Corner combinations and a tricky dance routine was taught to the girls, putting their dance technique to the test! Dance Captain, Sophie, was a huge help to the girls auditioning; walking the girls through the choreography and dancing with nearly every group to support them when it was time to perform.
Well done to all the girls who auditioned, it's now down to the dance department to decide who is successful this year! Watch this space!
