Twilight Dance Company members were busy during the first week of May, not only because they were rehearsing for their upcoming dance show, Celebrate Dance 2022, but also because they took part in a number of dance shows and competitions.
The Great Big Dance Off (GBDO) was held at the New Theatre Oxford on 3rd May, both Junior and senior companies performed their most recent dances.
Due to lockdowns and Covid performances and competitions have not been as accessible so going back to the stage was very exciting for the QAS dancers! Getting new costumes and doing hair and make up added to the excitement and build up for the performance.
Both juniors and senior girls performed exceptionally well in their newest group dances. They showed commitment and focus towards to pieces and each other. Here’s to many more stage performances!
