The Great Big Dance Off

The Twilight Dance Company took to the stage at The Beck Theatre in Hayes on Tuesday 24th January to compete in the regional heat of The Great Big Dance Off.

The company took two contrasting pieces this year; a hip hop dance and a jazz dance medley.

The girls worked hard during the technical rehearsal to organise and re block some of the piece to ensure it worked well on the size of the stage and kept their cool when their technical rehearsal was cut short by a fire alarm!

There were 18 entries in the key stage 4/5 section and even though the company didn’t place this time they came 4th, which is fantastic result!!
