GCSE dance girls took part in a hip hop dance workshop just before the end of last half term.

The company, Boy Blue Entertainment, delivered a brilliant and inspiring workshop giving the girls lots of new information and expanding their current knowledge of the set work for the GCSE syllabus.

Queen Anne's School welcomed year 10 students from Reading Girls and Cremona School of Dance, which gave QAS girls a chance to work with other GCSE students. All the girls worked in a collaborative way and explored ways to create new movement and use the stimulus of the dance work to develop initial ideas.

Lara, from Boy Blue Entertainment, also taught some of the choreography from the dance., allowing the girls further detailed information and understanding of the dance work.

It was a brilliant afternoon during which all students gained great knowledge.
