On Friday 6 March, our Lower School art scholars took part in a workshop with teachers from the Royal Academy of Art.
This was one of two workshops that Queen Anne's students received as a prize, for Annie and Sophia's winning entries to the Royal Academy Young Artists Summer Exhibition last summer.
Our Lower School art scholars experimented with printmaking, including mono prints and etching with the Royal Academy teachers. This gave them the opportunity to use a new medium, which is something that they could use later on in their art experience – especially if they choose to do art at GCSE!
